What excuse do you have? Do you travel? Is it too hard to lose weight when you are away from home.
Do you have a lot a weight to lose and no motivation to exercise? You’ll want to listen in to this conversation that I recorded with Elizabeth who travels constantly back and forth from Indy to California. As of this recording in July she had lost 29 pounds. Because she felt she had failed so many times at dieting she just didn’t want to start it again. So Elizabeth started exercising 10 minutes a day 3 days a week. No change to her eating. Then she started adding one thing more at a time. Learn how she achieved her current weight loss of about 40 pounds. Be sure to listen all the way to the end when she talks about self love. Elizabeth references the Motivation to Move podcast http://www.motivationtomove.com/ and Leslie Sansone’s – Walk away the pounds DVD. http://www.lesliesansonevideos.com/ at www.sparkpeople.com Elizabeth's handle is elizabeth133 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage.asp?id=ELIZABETH133 and she blogs at http://doingfineseriously.blogspot.com |
