This week Sandra's introduces the fourth agreement from the Don Miguel Ruiz book "The Four Agreements." You may be surprised to learn that the agreement "Always do your best" means to do not less than your best – but also do not do MORE than your best.

Sandra references Susan Gregg's podcast, Food for the Soul. Dr. Gregg is a student of Don Miguel Ruiz. http://www.susangregg.com

Diet coaching sessions providing "Accountability, Information, and Motivation" led by program author Sandra Ahten.

Sandra has great intuition and uses it to get straight to the heart of difficult diet dilemmas. With humor and heart she combines down-to-earth advice on planning and preparation as well as insights into the whys and wherefores of overeating.

Do you need to make change in your diet/ lifestyle? Then listen-up (and join in!) The podcasts are actual recordings of group coaching (teleconference) calls between Sandra Ahten and her clients, who are "losing weight for all the world to see." Pics, bios, statements, and discussion are on the website

What excuse do you have? Do you travel? Is it too hard to lose weight when you are away from home.

Do you have a lot a weight to lose and no motivation to exercise?

You’ll want to listen in to this conversation that I recorded with Elizabeth who travels constantly back and forth from Indy to California.

As of this recording in July she had lost 29 pounds.

Because she felt she had failed so many times at dieting she just didn’t want to start it again. So Elizabeth started exercising 10 minutes a day 3 days a week. No change to her eating. Then she started adding one thing more at a time.

Learn how she achieved her current weight loss of about 40 pounds.

Be sure to listen all the way to the end when she talks about self love.

Elizabeth references the Motivation to Move podcast
